something sweet is officially in the works

FALL 2026 • BUTTER x GADGET

Butter was successfully bred to Gadget on August 28 & 29, and we’re now waiting to find out whether The Pastry Pups are on the way.

Pregnancy has not yet been confirmed. Our ultrasound is scheduled for September 25.

Little dogs. Big possibilities.

Butter + Gadget were paired with the hope of producing small, intelligent, affectionate Mini Goldendoodles who enjoy being part of everyday family life.

Based on their size, genetics and coat traits, we expect puppies to mature somewhere around 12–18 pounds, with furnished, curly-to-fleece coats.

And while their personalities will be entirely their own, their genetics give us a pretty incredible range of possible colors and markings.

We can predict genes. We can estimate size. The personalities? Those get revealed one puppy at a time.

Going home prepared.

Your Pastry Pup won’t leave with just a cute face and a goodbye hug.

By go-home day, each puppy will have had age-appropriate veterinary care, early training foundations, plenty of individual attention, and the essentials their new family needs to make the transition home a little smoother.

The goal isn’t to send home a “finished” puppy. It’s to give each family a really good place to start.

finding your puppy

The right puppy > the first puppy.

By the time puppy selections begin, we’ll have spent weeks watching each Pastry Pup grow into their own little person.

We pay attention to how they interact with people, how they respond to new experiences, their energy level, confidence, independence, cuddling preferences and the little quirks that make each puppy different.

Families will absolutely have preferences, and those matter. But we’ll also share what we’ve learned about each puppy so you can make a decision based on more than a photo.

Color can catch your eye.
Personality has to live in your house.

We don’t assign value based on sex, color or markings, and we don’t believe the flashiest puppy is automatically the best puppy for every family.

bringing home a pastry pup

One puppy. One price. No premiums for prettier packaging.

Every Pastry Pup is priced the same regardless of sex, color or markings. We don’t believe a merle puppy, a chocolate puppy or the tiniest puppy in the litter should suddenly become more valuable than their siblings because of the way they look.

Your investment reflects the care that goes into planning, raising and preparing the entire litter from before conception through go-home day.

Reservation fees secure a puppy, not a specific sex, color or marking. If there are not enough puppies born to fulfill your reservation, your fee will be refunded in full. If a puppy is available for your selection but you choose not to move forward based on personal preferences, the reservation fee remains non-refundable.

A few things you might be wondering

Think one of these little pastries belong with you?

We’re not just hoping to find homes for The Pastry Pups. We’re hoping to build a little extended family around them.

Our puppies are raised closely with us from the very beginning, and we’d love for that connection to continue long after go-home day through updates, shared milestones and the occasional Pastry Pup reunion or meetup.

Local families are preferred, and all puppies must be picked up in person. We do not ship puppies.
